Presentation Instructions for Online Presenters:
As the PAEE/ALE’ 2020 is organized in a hybrid platform, all the online presenters of the accepted and registered papers/abstract-only contributions are required to prepare a video of their presentation* for the program to run continuously and smoothly. Please follow our requirements and recommendations.
*This video clip is a backup. It will be used in case the presenter faces any technical problems and cannot start his/her presentation at the scheduled time.
Requirements and Suggestions:
1. Presentations must be delivered in English, the official language of the event.
2. Each presentation is 15 minutes long. It is recommended to use 12 minutes to present and 3 minutes for discussion/questions.
3. The recommended file type to be used for presentations is PowerPoint.
4. The video presentation provides a view of the speaker’s face. To prepare this type of video presentation, the simplest way we are suggesting is using Loom (a free extension on Google Chrome) to record your screen presentation, microphone, and webcam at the same time. You may use any other software that you prefer.
To ensure that your file will be well in place prior to the event, you are humbly requested to submit your video presentation (shared link or file upload) via the form provided below by August 20, 2020 (Bangkok Time: GMT+7).
